³⁷ Then He brought them out with ^(A)silver and gold,
And there was none among His tribes who stumbled.
³⁸ Egypt was ^(B)glad when they went out,
For the ^(C)dread of them had fallen upon them.
³⁹ He spread a ^(D)cloud for a ^[a]covering,
And ^(E)fire to give light by night.
